After logging into your xvaji account, click the profile icon in the top right corner. From the menu, go to "My Bets" or "Betting History" Select the option.
Here you'll be able to see the following details:
- Date, time, stake amount, and result for every bet
- Winnings amount and withdrawal status
- Separate filters for Open, Settled, and Void bets
- Search records for a specific period using a date range
For Transactions "My Wallet" → "Transaction History" section, where you'll find a full breakdown of every deposit, withdrawal, and bonus. You can also download your history in CSV format.
For records older than 90 days, contact support — they are typically sent to your email within 24 hours.
To update your profile details on xvaji, make sure you're logged in and then Settings → Personal Information Go to.
Changing Your Mobile Number:
- Click the "Change Mobile Number" button.
- An OTP will be sent to your current number — use it to verify your identity.
- Enter the new number and verify it with the OTP sent to that number.

Change Name: Changing your name after registration requires approval from Xvaji's KYC team. Submit a request to Support with a photo of your National ID or passport — it's typically resolved within 2–4 business days.
For security purposes, withdrawals are suspended for 24 hours after a mobile number change.
Xvaji by default Decimal Odds is displayed — this is the most familiar format for users in Bangladesh. You can switch to Fractional or American format in your settings.
How to calculate Decimal odds (simple rule):
Formula: Total Return = Stake Amount × Odds
Example 1: ৳500 bet, odds 2.50 → Total return = ৳1,250 (Profit ৳750)
Example 2: ৳1,000 bet, odds 1.85 → Total return = ৳1,850 (Profit ৳850)
Higher odds mean a lower chance of winning, but a bigger payout if you do. Odds never go below 1.00. In live betting, odds change every second — the odds displayed at the moment you place your bet are final.
To withdraw a bonus from Xvaji, you must complete a required amount of wagering — this is called a Wagering / Rollover Requirements states.
Calculation Rules:
Welcome Bonus: Wagering requirement = Bonus amount × 10
Example: ৳5,000 deposit → 100% bonus ৳5,000 → Wagering required = ৳5,000 × 10 = ৳50,000
